My 4.5 year old daughter has myopia and was prescribed -3 in cylinderical correction in left eye.(right eye normal) any way to cure it?

No cure : What your child has cannot be cured and she needs to wear prescription glasses regularly and all the time. She also needs 6 monthly check ups to prevent amblyopia ( lazy eye). LASIK surgery if contemplated cannot be tried before 30 years of age.
