Painful cycles: Dischage? HCG? Could be fibroids vs endometriosis vs PID ( have fever w/ PID)which can be very painful. If you had previous abdominal surgery like appendectomy may be adhesions. If this is the first time may be /preg/ectopic/ovarian/ bowel/mass pathology. Recommended abdominal CT(if not pregnant) , Adhesion and endometriosis are diagnosed usually via laproscopic surgery.
