When in doubt: just check pregnancy test. And if you are late and first pregnancy test was negative, check it again in 1 week. If you have two negatives then you can be rest assured your tied tubes are still working as intended. But overall the chance is very slim. Most likely your hormones are in flux now and you are getting closer to menopause.
