Wait for your period: If you have had a miscarriage, then you should wait until you have at least one period before you try to get pregnant. I don't believe there is any literature to support waiting 3 months. Hope that helps, good luck!

He's right: There are health benefits from spacing out your conceptions--even if they end in miscarriage. Your body takes a while to return to its prepregnancy state. You're young. A little patience will pay off.
