Have it evaluated: You need to see a doctor. It may be just a viral gastroenteritis but there are other numerous causes especially if the pain and diarrhea have been present for a while.

Sounds like GI virus: It sounds like you might have a viral gastroenteritis. If the symptoms persist for more than 24 hours i would go to see your doctor.
