Yes don't overdo it: You may have alcohol - however, alcohol in excess is not good for you and in the long run may have deleterious effects on many organ systems in your body. Take care and don't overdo it - and don't drink on an empty stomach.

Yes: While zyrtec (cetirizine) stays around for awhile after nine hours I would doubt little effect with a glass of wine or equivalent.
