Consider: Valerian root, Passionflower, Chamomile or approaches like meditation, yoga, acupuncture, breathing exercises, exercise in a green space etc.

We all feel stressed: sometimes, and that is part of life. There does not have to be a "pill" or other artificial solution to stress. Relaxation techniques, meditation, yoga, exercise and many other activities may reduce stress, as well as avoiding the sources of stress in our lives. In some people, depression or anxiety disorders are present, and these can be treated with combos of counseling and medication.
