Pregnancy: The IUD is protective for pregnancy. It is unlikely that you are pregnant but when in doubt take a home pregnancy test. Take care.

Unlikely: If you can still feel your string, then your IUD is still in place. You likely are feeling anxiety due to having unprotected sex.
