Maybe.: There are many causes of light-headedness and tingling, iron deficiency is one. It is easy to check for with simple lab tests. Most iron deficiency in the US in women is a result of anemia from chronic heavy periods. But there are other causes of both iron deficiency and your symptoms. See a doc and sort out what is going on.
