Gonorrhea only: Oral sex is safe sex. Not completely risk free, but far less than vaginal or anal sex. It is low risk for all STDs, including gonorrhea; and virtually zero risk for some, including chlamydia. Oral chlamydia is uncommon and there have been no proved cases of oral to genital transmission. After a single oral sex exposure, STD testing is optional if no symptoms (discharge, penile sores) in 2-3 weeks.
