I am having sharp pains lately on my lower right stomache?

RLQ pain: This is not sufficient information. If the pain is intermittent it could be gas, muscular, kidney stone, Infection in the appendix, colon, lymph nodal problem and so on. So just pain in that area does not give us much information, need detailed history about the pain and exam.
