What does it mean if i minimal pain on my left and right side of my stomach? the pain is going away. how i can i get rid of the pain?

Not sure what is: causing pain but are there any accompanying symptoms? Diarrhea/loose stool or constipation? Pain is colicky (intermittent), triggered with food, any nausea/vomiting?
