Less than somewhat: You should not be lied to. At your age your blood pressure is too high and we can only expect it to get higher without intervention. You are a victim of the obesity epidemic in the US, with increased risk of diabetes and cancer over a healthy weight--less than 160 lbs. You must learn how to eat healthy, avoiding processed foods, HFCS, reduce simple carbs, You must become physically fit.

Well...get healthier: Do you want the truth? or a feel good answer? You are overweight for a woman at 5'10" unless you are a serious body builder. You goal should be a weight about 150 pounds(!!). But for now think hard about the worst thing you eat regularly and allow it only once in small portion one day a week, promise yourself to eat a serving of fruit or vegetable with each meal and exercise daily- good luck!!
