UTI can be asymptomi: The UTI can be without symptoms but does not necessarily cause a low blood count. That woud be there for another reason. If is it an infection involving the kidney - we call this pyelonephritis and you can have fevers and elevated blood counts . Your physician will evalaute you for this and can have you se a urologist to clarify the invovlement of the urinary tract.
