See your obgyn: Premature Ovarian failure (POF) is cessation of periods before the age of 40. It is uncommon but can happen to women who stop having periods prematurely. There are also other causes of no periods (amenorrhea) that your obgyn will do a thorough work up for. A combination of physical exam, history, lab work and ultrasound can give u the most information behind the cause Regards Dr M
