Pedialyte can help: but without excess loss of electrolytes due to vomiting, diarrhea or heavy perspiration, plain water works just as well to rehydrate. Drink 1 liter per hour until your urine is barely yellow. If you still feel woozy or dehydrated something else is causing the feeling and you should seek medical evaluation. Save money.: Drink water. Unless you have vomiting and diarrhea, you don't need to buy Pedialyte. It doesn't taste very good anyway. Shoot for 1/2 gallon of water a day.

Dehydration: Pedialite can help dehydration and supplies fluid as well as electrolyte replacement. However you're better off with your physician's advice about whether you're truly dehydrated, what is causing the dehydration, how to correct the underlying cause of dehydration and how much fluid intake is required to correct it and whether simple water intake rather than expensive products are necessary.
