Seroquel (quetiapine): Seroquel (quetiapine) XR is highly effective in treating the various phases (manic, mixed & depressive) of both Bipolar I & II Disorder. Personally, I have found that Seroquel (quetiapine) works extremely well in patients who also have difficulty sleeping - as it is sedating and should be taken at night.
