Eye twitching: Pulsations around the eye may be caused by a number of reasons including migraine-like conditions, and benign fasciculations. They may come and go for a period of days or weeks and then halt for no apparent reason. Stress, smoking and other conditions such as fever may aggravate the situation. Mild analgesics may be helpful. Consultation with your doctor would rule out anything more serious.
