Tongue Lesions: Greetings. The most likely diagnosis would probably be traumatic bites that would occur while you are asleep. Especially if they are in the areas of denal occlusion. Viral oropharyngitis and glossitis also possible. Seeing your ENT will surely help identify the etiology. Good Luck
