A member asked:

Why do i here a rice krispy sound when i turn my head left all right and up and down ?

Air in Eustachians : That is likely air moving around in your Eustachian tubes, which connect the inner ear to the upper airway (just behind the back of the mouth). If you have some congestion it can trap air in that tube, and you can hear it moving around as you turn your head.
