Spider bite popped, not poisonous, should i put ointment of just leave it (it itches a lot)?

Yes: Although the bite reaction will get better on its own, it is very reasonable to treat it with an anti-inflammatory cream like 1% hydrocortisone or a stronger cortisone cream if one is available for you, or a calamine/pramoxine cream (Aveeno) until the bite no longer itches, or if naturally oriented, an oil of clove stick applied every few hours works as well.
