Stmch pain w/ cough: May be due to muscle strain from coughing if having cold, or have reflux and the reflux is causing the cough/sneezing from irritation by acid .See if ranitidine or prevecid would resolve it. When you sneeze, /cough you increase intraabd pressure rarely t could be pushing on lesion and causing the pain , therefore f/u w/doc may need CT to check abdomen/pelvis for lesion/ aneurysm.

See someone: Muscle strain? Chondritis? Did you injure yourself in any way ? Everyone has occasional stomach pains that improve after time. If you have ongoing pain that never gets better or you have pain that frequently recurs you should see an md to find out why. Start with your primary md.
