Maybe but not likely: If your menstrual cycles have been normal and regular every 28-30 days, it is probable that you ovulated several days before you had unprotected sexual intercourse and therefore it is unlikely that fertilization would have occurred a "week before your period". Unfortunately, you may have ovulated later than usual and got pregnant . Be safe, get a pregnancy test ASAP and find out for sure.
