Can i take mucinexdm and nexium (esomeprazole) 40mg together?

Yes: Nexium (esomeprazole) is known to lower the absorption rate of other medications taken at the same time, so I would advise you to at least take them at different times. Perhaps Nexium (esomeprazole) 40 mg in the early AM before breakfast, then Mucinex DM before lunch. Nexium (esomeprazole) does last approximately 24 hours in your body so you would still have it around all day.

No interactions: You can take them together. There are no interactions between them. Good luck.
