If worse go to ER: This is likely just a viral illness and the pains are cramping from vomiting. The stool smell is worrysome but since its resolved a small bowel obstruction is less likely if you belly gets distended firm and or painful to the touch go to the ER I would expect you to feel much better in the morning if viral. If this continues tomorrow am get examined
