? Meatal stenosis: Very small urinary opening at tip of penis can explain your pain. It should be at least 3mm long. Opening with meatal stenosis can be as small as pinpoint in size, urinary steam is very narrow & urination prolonged. Obstruction from meatal stenosis can be painful when rapid bolus of semen suddenly arrives at small exit. This can cause pain. Urologist could check this out.
