It will heal.: For the most part it will heal again and be replaced with scar tissue. I'm assuming you mean a hole in your nose. Definitely worth getting checked by a doctor after your binging is put to rest. There are serious consequences. Thankfully, in Canada the financial ones won't stop you from seeing a doctor.
