Over the past year, i sometimes get dizziness (10-60 secs), followed by pins and needles and hotness/claminess. i've fainted twice (while standing)?

Syncope generally means a temporary lack of blood going to the brain. Dizziness or passing out while standing means orthostatic hypotension or syncope.
