Unable to diagnose: Michelle, this is not enough information to diagnose what could be a serious condition. However, anyone who is having diarrhea could be dehydrated, which would cause dark urine. Have him take at least one glass of water per hour while awake, and the urine should get lighter and he should feel better. If weak or dizzy when he stands up, this may not be enough and you need to get care for IV.
