ARVC: Not sure what made you think of ARVC. It requires a combination of clinical and imaging (EKG, Echo, MRI etc) data in order to reach a diagnosis. There are cardiologists specialized in this field, for example, in Hopkins, Mayo or Cleveland clinic.
