Blood pressure: Lightheadedness and dizziness with standing may be due to low blood pressure. Ask your doctor to check orthostatic blood pressures. Dehydration can cause this, among other things.

Don'tDrive-BeCareful: Yes, there is a problem. You can't go through life getting dizzy every time you stand up! In fact, you shouldn't go through the day like that, unless you think you're dehydrated and just need to tank-up. If you wake up tomorrow and the same thing happens, go see someone to help figure-out what's going on (it could be a lot of things, hopefully minor) and if getting worse before then, go to an E.R.
