May help, also...: Chronic sinus problems can be difficult to treat & often respond poorly to standard treatment. Homeopathy is well worth trying, esp. If you consult a good homeopath. Air filters, nasal irrigation with xylitol, silver hydrosol (argentyn 23) nose spray, nutritional supplements, dietary changes and herbs may help. I recommend the book sinus survival by rob ivker md for more guidance.

Homeopathy & sinus: I agree with dr. Baker that sinus issues can be troublesome. Beyond offering decongestants, intermittent antibiotics, and sometimes surgery, conventional medicine is limited. First, if you haven't been evaluated by an ENT doctor, please do that so you know what you're dealing with. Homeopathy can be an effective treatment -- but you need a good homeopath & the treatment involves your whole self.

Huh???: No medicated nasal sprays in use today contain mercury. I am not well versed in homeopathy but suggest that if this practitioner gave you this information then he or she should not be trusted. Traditional medical therapy is extremely effective in treating nasal and sinus problems.
