See DR: You must be seeing a DR to get this. Need exam. DOSE??? How long? Isotretinoin shrinks oil glands, resulting in very dry skin which may itch. In your shower use a skin cleanser made for dry skin. Immediately after shower rub in something for dry skin. Eucerin and Aveeno (oatmeal) make eczema creams with ceramides which are effective for this. Use vaseline or Aquaphor or chapstick for lips.
