Maybe not ringworm: There are several kinds of superficial fungal and yeast infections, and ringworm is one of them. However, ringworm rarely involves the genital area. Rather than self diagnosis and self treatment, I recommend you stop the ketoconazole cream and see your doctor. Or ideally, you and your partner see a doctor together for treatment recommendations.
