Oratane in week 8, still no improvement?

Details matter: What kind of acne? Dose of isotretinoin? Taking with food? Very dry lips? You must be in the care of a dermatologist to get this and you must have been introduced to what to expect. Some people begin to improve in the first month but some improve only in the 3rd or 4th month. Usual dose is 40mg twice a day for 5 months. Everybody improves.
