Likely prostate: Prostate enlargement, infection or irritation can produce those symptoms. Regardless of cause, you should see your doctor for an exam, some lab tests, and appropriate therapy. Might as well get started on prostate health now. Not fun, but necessary.

Urethral irritation?: The urge to pee afterwards may be an indicator of urethral irritation--might be a ph issue, but might also be an infection (/?Std) issue. Would recommend checking urinalysis if any other suspicion for infection.
