BV? Trich? STD?: If "funky" means a strong odor, bacterial vaginosis is a good bet. BV isn't usually considered an STD, and when you last had sex may be unrelated. However, STDs like trichomonas can cause similar symptoms, and other STDs (gonorrhea, chlamydia, herpes) can trigger BV. Vaginal discharge always needs professional diagnosis, so see a doctor (including STD testing) ASAP. Good luck!
