Side effects: Nexito and Mirnite, both antidepressants, can interact to cause serotonin syndrome, which is too much serotonin in the nervous system. This is potentially serious. Mirnite is more likely to cause weight gain. Review with prescribing doctor and consider trying one or the other med. I hope this helps.
