Got bit by small spider.. it bit my back a month ago and there is no red markings but it hurts in that area. what should i do?

Exam advisable: If you cannot see or feel the painful area,I advise you to have a physician examine the area if it's bothering you significantly. There could be a small hematoma(blood clot) under the skin left over from the bite. However there could be an irritated nerve also as an aftermath of the bite. Neither of these conditions would be considered serious, however.
