Get checked : You will need a urinalysis done to determine if infection is present. Your doctor should be able to do this in the office

Unsure: pretty common to have strong odor of urine during pregnancy even with good hydration. If any burning, fevers or chills or cloudy urine please see your doctor for evaluation. Otherwise, discuss with your OB at next visit. Hope this was helpful. Good luck with your pregnancy.
