Probably: Lot's of people probably do this, but it is not recommended as there is potential to precipitate the serotonin syndrome. If it is just a one time dose and you try to minimize the NSAID dose should probably be ok.

Prozac/Ibuprofen: No problem, as long is the Ibuprofen is on an "as needed" basis.
