Fainting: Has several causes other than just low blood sugar or fever, cardiac/circulatory problems or nervous problems, just observe your sister, don't leave her alone for now, please see her doctor for evaluation, she will be fine, and most probably won't have any problem, but we need to make sure that nothing is wrong, wish you both wellness
