Right pelvic pain: Could be inguinal ligament,inguinal or sports hernia, meralgia parasthetica ( entrapment of lateral femoral cutaneous nerve at groin due to obesity, or diabetes ,pregnancy) or could be hip-femoral acetabular entrapment, labral tear, or ovarian-cyst, , GI issue ( ilieitis).
