Minimal the 1st time: The risk of a 2nd miscarriage is no greater than the 1st pregnancy as the genetic combination will be different the 2nd time. Chromosomal incompatibility is the most common cause of miscarriage. If you lose this pregnancy the odds begin to change on pregnancy loss more unfavorably.
