No risk: While a second oil retention enema shouldn't be harmful, You could take a regular fleets enema or insert a dulcolax rectal suppository next. If this is unsuccessful and you still have a strong urge to have a BM, a gentle soap suds enema or manual disimpaction May be needed. Consult your physician if you are in distress with severe abdominal cramps.
