No: Normal people do not have "bad cramps" anywhere in the body. Having "bad cramps" is not normal, even if a person has them regularly and has learned to tolerate them. Therefore, it is time to return to one's primary care doctor to see what might be the problem. The cramps may or may not be related to the recent sexual activities.
