Unlikely, but...: Home pregnancy tests are quite accurate. Its unlikely that you are pregnant if the home test is negative. Rarely, however, a problem pregnancy, such as an ectopic pregnancy, doesn't produce enough HCG to turn a urine test positive. In this case, you would need a blood pregnancy test to know. Best wishes!
