Oral contraceptives: If you are taking an oral contraceptive as directed, at the same time every day, you should have regular periods. Add a condom to correct oral contraceptive use and pregnancy is very unlikely. If you are not sure, please get a home pregnancy test - they are very sensitive and should be reliable a week after the expected period.
