See doc : With the information u have provided suggests the rash should be seen. You can use calamine lotion to provide some relief. There could be many causes- allergy, heat rash, infection, viral illness. Diagnosis would be difficult without an examination.

Rash: Likely bites but if fluid filled and not immunized, think of chickenpox. Generally this is associated with other symptoms. Treat symptomatically and send a picture. That will help with the diagnosis. All the best.
