2-4 weeks: half-life of prozac (fluoxetine) is about 3 days, multiply it by 5, it is about 2 weeks to bring Prozac (fluoxetine) blood concentration to a barely detectable level... but to avoid any drug-to-drug interactions, I'd advice to wait for 4 weeks.
